Urgently looking for experienced and talented Secretary cum Receptionist with more than 5 years experienced. Handling a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and Supports managers and employees through variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic with good client relationships, Strong interpersonal, communication skills and administrative skills.
Job Requirements:
- Arabic Speaking is a plus.
- Working experience of 5 years as a Sectary / Receptionist or a similar position.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and recording.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Performed secretarial duties, data entry, received and screened office emails and calls.
- Day to day work depending on the company requirement.
- Good computer knowledge, Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
